Digital Bridge Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. is a software and hardware company founded in Adana, Turkey, in 2013. We build custom software, electronic devices and AI solutions for organisations in all 81 provinces, remotely and on site. Circuit boards, enclosures, embedded firmware and web or mobile panels come from the same team, and every project starts with a needs analysis and a written proposal.
Most organisations reach the same point sooner or later: the packaged software doesn’t fit the process, the equipment on site doesn’t talk to the software, and every supplier points at another. With us, when something fails or needs to change, you deal with one accountable team — whether the problem lies in the device or the software is not a debate between vendors. That matters just as much to international companies operating in Turkey that need a local partner who can own the whole stack. Our own product family, Smart360, comes from the same team: SmartMail business email, SmartFiles document management, the SmartOperator AI customer agent, SmartPass access control and time & attendance, SmartPM project management and SmartSales e-commerce.
We started in Adana building custom web software; our first projects were web-based systems that run organisations' internal processes.
We brought electronic circuit and device design into the team and went into the field with meter reading (OSOS) and self-service terminal projects, closing the gap in responsibility between device and software.
We began building iOS and Android apps and connecting our software to clients' ERP and CRM systems, so data entered in the field reached the central system.
We brought machine learning into client projects; slow, error-prone tasks such as part-number matching and camera-based quality control were the first applications.
With remote development and a field team, we now serve every province of Turkey remotely and on site; our own Smart360 product family grew out of this experience.

Our office is in Seyhan, Adana, and we serve all provinces of Turkey remotely and on site. Software development and support mostly run remotely; projects that need a site survey, installation or device fitting are handled on site. Not for custom projects. We first study the process and pin down the requirement, then set out scope, phases and cost in a written proposal. The products in our own Smart360 family, SmartPass included, are offered as ready products; because SmartPass hardware and software are developed in-house, it can be adapted to the layout of your site.
