Work Order Management
Work orders coming from ERP or created in the system are assigned to the right machine and shift. The operator sees the job on screen, starts and finishes it. Target vs. actual is compared in real time.
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
OEE — calculated from availability, performance and quality — is monitored live for every machine. Loss categories (breakdown, setup, speed loss, quality reject) are classified automatically.
Downtime & Scrap Management
Every stoppage is logged with a root-cause category (breakdown, material wait, planned maintenance, etc.). Scrap quantity and reason are entered by the operator; root-cause analysis is enabled by trend charts.
Personnel & Shift Tracking
Which operator on which machine, on which shift, produced how much? Individual productivity metrics, shift comparisons and performance reports are generated automatically.
Material & Batch Tracking
Each work order records which raw material batch was used. Backwards traceability for quality issues and material consumption analysis are supported.
Shift & Production Reports
End-of-shift report is generated automatically. Daily, weekly and monthly production summaries, OEE trends, the most-stopping machine and highest scrap-rate KPIs are surfaced to managers.
