Our IoT device manufacturing service covers field requirements that off-the-shelf devices cannot meet. One team designs, builds and installs the electronics, the mechanical enclosure, the embedded firmware and the web and mobile management panel. Automatic meter reading units, kiosks, access control and sensor devices are typical projects. The technical feasibility study is free.
Field requirements rarely match a catalogue. There is no reliable network on site, the enclosure will not survive the environment, or the device simply cannot talk to your software. And when hardware comes from one supplier and software from another, every fault becomes the other party's problem. At Digital Bridge the device and its software are designed together by the same team, so accountability stays in one place.
Circuit and PCB design, mechanical enclosure, embedded firmware, the web and mobile management panel and on-site installation all sit within one project team. Data from the device flows into your ERP, SCADA or in-house software via API. Before you commit, we carry out a technical feasibility study free of charge and tell you in writing whether the project is viable and which route makes sense.
Water, electricity or gas meters are read without a site visit and values land in a central panel. GPRS, LoRa or NB-IoT is chosen to suit the area. See automatic meter reading.
Touchscreen terminals that take payments, appointments, queue tickets and document printing off the counter, with enclosure, hardware and software built around your process. See kiosk terminals.
RFID/NFC card access for staff and visitors, with turnstile and door integration (card access control). Our own product, SmartPass, combines access, time and attendance and canteen counts in a single card read.
Temperature, humidity, pressure and flow monitored live. Out-of-range readings alert the right person, and history is reported in the panel.
We map site conditions, connectivity, power and the systems the device must talk to. The technical feasibility study is free.
Schematic, PCB layout, enclosure and firmware architecture are drawn up, and a written proposal fixes scope and cost.
The prototype is tried in real conditions. Anything that fails goes back into the design before production.
The approved design goes into production and every unit is tested before dispatch.
Our team installs the devices, configures the software and confirms data is reaching your systems.
Device health is visible in a central panel. Software issues are handled remotely and hardware faults on site.
GPRS-based meter reading units were designed and built to read water meters across a service area remotely. Fewer crews are sent out for readings and manual reading errors have dropped. All units are monitored from a web-based central panel.
An RFID staff entry and exit system was installed for the production area and office building, delivered with turnstile integration, working-hours tracking and visitor registration in bespoke software. With hardware and software from one supplier, faults and change requests go through a single point of contact.
Touchscreen kiosks were designed and built for appointment booking and document submission. Installed at the building entrance, they work with the institution's existing appointment software, so fewer visitors need to queue at the counter for these tasks.
The job ends when the device is installed and data is confirmed flowing into your systems, not when the box is delivered. We keep spare parts in stock for hardware faults and offer remote maintenance and on-site service. Looking for a ready-made device? See our industrial products and SmartPass.
There are six: needs analysis with a free technical feasibility study; design of the schematic, PCB, enclosure and firmware; a prototype tested in real field conditions; production, with every unit tested before dispatch; installation and commissioning; and remote monitoring and support from a central panel. Scope and cost are fixed in a written proposal at the design stage.
Yes. We work out site conditions, connectivity, power and the systems the device must talk to with you. Before you commit, we carry out a technical feasibility study free of charge and tell you in writing whether the project is viable and which route makes sense. If you are looking for a ready-made device, see our industrial products and SmartPass.
Typical projects are automatic meter reading units, kiosks for payments, appointments and document printing, RFID/NFC card access control, and sensor devices that monitor temperature, humidity, pressure and flow. For access control we also offer our own product, SmartPass, which combines door access, time and attendance and canteen counts in a single card read.
Connectivity is chosen to suit the area and site conditions where the device will run. Meter reading units, for example, can use GPRS, LoRa or NB-IoT. The choice is made during needs analysis and feasibility, and because the prototype is tested in the field, connectivity problems surface and go back into the design before production.
Yes. Data from the device is passed to your ERP, SCADA or in-house software via API. During commissioning our team installs the devices, configures the software and confirms data is reaching your systems. The job ends when data is confirmed flowing, not when the box is delivered.
Yes. Device health is visible in a central panel; software issues are handled remotely and hardware faults on site. We keep spare parts in stock for hardware faults, and technical support runs 24/7 across every province in Turkey. Because the device and its software come from one team, you have a single point of contact.
