A building management system (BMS) monitors and automates a building's heating and cooling, lighting, energy, fire alarm and access systems from a single panel. We install BMS in factory office blocks, shopping centres, hotels, office buildings and campuses, connecting mixed-brand equipment over Modbus, BACnet, KNX and DALI without ripping out what already works.
In most buildings, heating and cooling, lighting, fire and access systems come from different suppliers, each with its own control panel. The result is familiar: empty floors heated over the weekend, lights left on overnight, faults noticed only when someone complains, and an energy bill nobody can explain.
During the site survey we inventory the equipment already in place, connect different brands over open protocols and give your facilities team a single panel to monitor and control the building. We can build a system from scratch for a new building or integrate with the HVAC and lighting you already have.
Air-handling units, fan coils, chillers and boilers come under central control. Schedules, room-level setpoints and occupancy data make sure plant runs only when, and only as hard as, it needs to.
DALI or 0–10V luminaires are managed centrally: automatic switch-off in empty areas, daylight dimming near windows and scenes for meetings, cleaning or night-time.
Consumption is tracked live by panel and floor. You are warned before you approach your contracted capacity or breach reactive-power limits, and you can see which system is using what before the bill arrives.
Works alongside card and fingerprint access systems. The first entry into a zone switches on its HVAC and lighting; after the last person leaves, they switch off, so out-of-hours consumption drops without anyone having to remember.
Linked to the fire alarm panel. When an alarm is raised, a predefined scenario runs: HVAC switches to smoke-control mode, lifts are called to the ground floor and emergency lighting comes on.
The status of every building system on one screen: consumption, floor and room temperatures, door states and active alarms. Your facilities team works from web or mobile, with permissions set per user.
