Barrier & Parking Systems
Manage Vehicle Access With a System, Not an Attendant
An attendant stationed at a car park or site entrance is both a continuous cost and a security gap across shift changes. Configured properly, the barrier knows for itself who may enter — it logs, charges and reports.
We manufacture parking systems where barrier hardware, control board, field software and central console are installed together. They run on the same platform as our licence plate recognition and card access infrastructure.
Key Capabilities
Barrier & Road Blocker Installation
Boom barriers, high-speed barriers and hydraulic road blockers, with opening speed and arm length engineered to traffic volume.
Contactless Entry via Plate Recognition
The barrier opens automatically when a subscriber's plate is recognised — no card, remote or attendant needed, while visitors route to a separate flow.
Occupancy Counting & Guidance
Live free capacity calculated from entry and exit counts, displayed on an LED sign at the entrance so vehicles are not admitted to a full car park.
Charging & Payment
Time-based tariffs, subscriptions and grace periods, with payment taken through payment kiosks, card terminals or a mobile app.
Safety & Collision Prevention
Induction loops and photocells prevent the barrier closing onto a vehicle, with manual release and emergency scenarios defined for power failures.
Reporting & Audit
Entry and exit logs, occupancy graphs, revenue reports and subscriber usage analysis, with every movement archived alongside plate and photograph.
Where It Is Used
- Residential complex entrances
- Shopping centre car parks
- Factory and industrial zone vehicle gates
- Hospital and campus parking
- Municipal open and covered car parks
- Hotels and accommodation facilities
- Logistics centres and truck gates
- Business centre and office parking
How We Work
Site Survey & Traffic Analysis
Entry and exit points, vehicle volumes and manoeuvring space are surveyed to determine barrier type and position.
Engineering Design
Electrical infrastructure, loop channels, camera angles and sign positions are designed, and the tariff structure defined.
Installation & Commissioning
Barrier mounting, cabling, camera calibration and software setup are completed, followed by field testing.
Training & Maintenance Plan
Security and management staff are trained, and a periodic maintenance and spare parts plan is put in place.
We Can Make Your Existing Barrier Smart
If you already have a working barrier there is no need to replace it. By adding a control board and a plate recognition module we bring existing hardware into the system, cutting investment cost significantly.
