Licence plate recognition (LPR/ANPR) is vehicle access control in which a camera reads an arriving vehicle's plate, software checks it against allow and deny lists, and the barrier opens for registered vehicles. Each passage is archived with plate, time and photo. Digital Bridge installs the camera, edge computer and barrier link, and writes the plate-reading software itself.
