SmartSales: The Online Shop Whose Storefront You Edit Yourself
What is SmartSales?
SmartSales is the ecommerce product in the Smart product family, developed by Digital Bridge. You open your own shop with a theme built for your sector and arrange the storefront by drag and drop, without writing code. Orders, payments, shipping, returns and promotions sit in one panel, and the storefront, marketplaces and product feed all draw on a single catalogue.
There are thirty themes, six each for fashion boutiques, food, electronics, cosmetics and furniture, and every one has a live demo shop. The themes differ not only in colour but in header layout, home page arrangement and content. Basket, checkout, customer accounts, return requests and order tracking run on the same foundation in every theme.
SmartSales is the online selling product of the Smart product family (Smart360). SmartSales has no AI features of its own; connect SmartOperator from the same family through a separate package module and your shop gains an AI sales agent that helps visitors find products. Product website: SmartSales.com.tr.
- Drag sections into place, preview on a phone, publish in one click
- Profit shown excluding VAT, after cost price, shipping, commission and payment fees
- Card details are entered in the payment provider’s form and never reach the shop’s server

How do you edit the storefront without code?
Open Appearance › Storefront editor in the panel. The top bar, header, home page and footer are all in the same editor, and no coding knowledge is needed.
Pick a section
Choose a section from the module library and drag it to where you want it in the preview. Custom layouts take extra rows and columns (up to 20 rows).
Adjust it
Set content, appearance and style in the panel on the right. Logo, favicon, colours and fonts are chosen under General appearance.
Preview
Check desktop, tablet and mobile views. Every change saves to a draft automatically, and a time-limited preview link lets you show the draft to your team.
Publish
Customers only ever see the published version. Roll back to any of the last 30 publications with “Revert to this version”, or drop a draft with “Discard changes”.
You can prepare several home page designs for holidays or seasons and switch between them in one click; the old one is kept. Scheduled modules appear only between the dates you set, and a module can be shown on desktop only or on mobile only. The theme is chosen at purchase and fixed to the shop, while layout, sections, colours, fonts and home page design can change as often as you like.
What does SmartSales handle in your shop?
From catalogue to orders, from shipping to reports, the day-to-day running of the shop happens in one panel.
Products and catalogue
Up to 100 variants per product, each with its own SKU, price and stock. Bulk uploads by CSV or Excel first show a summary of rows to be added, updated or rejected; if the product limit would be exceeded, nothing is written. Stock is held per warehouse, every change is logged and passed to connected sales channels.
Orders and payments
Card, bank transfer and cash on delivery; the shop sets the number of instalments (up to 12). At checkout the amount is locked and stock is reserved for 15 minutes for cards and 2 hours for bank transfer. An order is confirmed only by the payment provider’s signed server notification. Distance sales contracts are generated in the shop’s trading name.
Shipping and returns
Charges by volumetric weight band or flat rate, free shipping above a threshold, and different rates by province. You connect your own carrier agreements; shipments are booked automatically and a barcoded 10×15 cm label is produced when needed. Customers file their own return requests within the 14-day withdrawal period after delivery.
Promotions and coupons
Percentage or fixed basket discounts, buy X pay for Y, tiered discounts with up to 10 tiers, and free shipping. By default promotions do not stack; the customer gets the best one. Target products, categories and dates, cap use per customer, and add up to 200 coupon codes at once.
Customer accounts
Order history, saved addresses and billing details, favourites, back-in-stock alerts and newsletter. Only customers who bought a product can review it. Guests reach their order through a private link, and when they sign up with the same email, past orders move to their account.
Reports and live board
Real profit excluding VAT: cost price, shipping, marketplace commission and payment fees are deducted from sales. Sales, order, product, customer and channel reports can be exported. New orders appear on the live board without a manual refresh.
SEO and product feed
Titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph and structured data are produced by the platform, not the theme, and the sitemap builds itself. A product feed in Google Merchant Center format also serves the Meta catalogue. Tracking pixels depend on cookie consent.
Integrations
Marketplace connections map categories, attributes and brands; prices and stock are sent only when they change and orders land in the panel. Products can be imported from supplier XML, JSON or CSV feeds. A headless API lets your own front end or app work with the catalogue.
Multiple shops
Each SmartSales shop runs at its own address as a separate organisation. Shops you can access with the same account appear under My account › My organisations; you switch between them without signing in again, with permissions set by your role in each shop.
What comes in every package, and what is added on?
Packages are defined by a limit on main products and by the modules switched on. Variants do not count towards the product limit.

Does SmartSales have AI?
SmartSales has no AI features of its own; the storefront, catalogue, orders, payments, shipping, returns, promotions and reports all run without AI. Your shop gains AI when SmartOperator from the Smart product family is connected: SmartOperator then works in the shop as an AI sales agent that talks to visitors and finds products for them.
The SmartOperator connection is a separate module in the SmartSales packages. You choose it on the sales form, like marketplace integration or a custom theme; unless it is switched on, no AI runs in the shop.
SmartSales shop + SmartOperator connection (separate package module) = an AI sales agent in your shop
What does SmartOperator do in the shop?
- Finds products for visitors
- A visitor types what they are looking for in the chat window, and SmartOperator searches the shop catalogue and shows suitable products. The catalogue is never handed to the AI wholesale; each question searches only a few relevant products.
- Reads product and stock data read-only
- SmartOperator looks at the SmartSales shop’s product and stock data with read-only access. It cannot change prices, stock or product records; catalogue management stays in the SmartSales panel and with your team.
- Prices and images do not come from the AI
- The name, price, image and link on the product cards shown in the chat are not written by the AI; they come straight from the shop’s data.
- Order details only for verified customers
- For questions such as “Where is my order?”, order details are shown only to a verified customer; an unverified visitor cannot see someone else’s order.
- Hands over when it does not know
- It bases its answers on the catalogue and the knowledge base. If there is no answer there, it does not guess; it hands the conversation to your team or takes the visitor’s contact details.
Within what limits does the AI work?
- Within defined permissions
- Access to shop data is read-only. Actions SmartOperator runs on the site run in the visitor’s own session, and it is never given an administrator password. The checkout page, form fields and card or password details are not read by the agent.
- Per-person permission in SmartMail and SmartFiles; connection-based in SmartSales
- In the Smart360 family AI is not switched on for everyone by default: in SmartMail and SmartFiles it is a separate permission granted person by person. In SmartSales, AI runs only in the visitor chat, and only once the SmartOperator connection is switched on.
- Monthly usage allowance
- AI use in SmartOperator sits within a monthly allowance. Daily, weekly and per-visitor limits are set within it, and usage is shown live in the panel.
- The shop keeps working when the allowance runs out
- When a limit is reached, visitors are directed to an agent on your team or to a contact form. The storefront, basket, checkout and orders do not depend on AI, so the shop carries on working as normal.
- Security controls do not depend on AI
- Confirming orders only on the payment provider’s signed notification, panel roles and permissions, the append-only audit log and login lockout are all run by the software; none of them is left to the AI’s judgement.
- Central layer and traceability
- Smart family products reach AI services not directly but through Smart360’s central layer, and usage is recorded against the organisation’s allowance. In SmartOperator the product and information behind each answer are shown in the panel under “How did it answer?”; in SmartMail, actions the AI takes on its own appear in the audit log as “System”, not as a person.
Which SmartSales features are not AI?
Frequently-bought-together suggestions, applying the most favourable discount to the customer, SEO tags and the profit report are SmartSales’ own features and are not AI features. The only AI in the shop comes from the SmartOperator connection.
How are shop and customer data protected?
Each shop’s data lives in its own separate database. Changing prices, bulk deletion, returns and cancellations, data export, payment keys and the domain name each need a separate permission; the panel is run with six ready-made roles and twenty-two permissions.
For personal data processes across your organisation, we also offer data protection (KVKK) compliance consultancy.
Card data never touches the shop
Card details go into the payment provider’s form embedded in the page. Orders are confirmed only by a signed server notification; the result returned by the browser cannot confirm an order on its own.
Append-only audit log
Price, stock, domain, theme, export, role and support sign-in actions are written to a log that can only be added to. Actions by the support team are flagged separately and shown to the shop.
Encrypted connection details
Payment and carrier keys are stored encrypted, and changing them is a separate permission. Passwords and key values are never written to the audit log.
“Delete my account”
When customers delete their account, personal fields are anonymised; order records that must be kept by law stay masked. The action cannot be undone.
Cookie consent
Tracking pixels do not run without cookie consent. Customer names are shortened on reviews.
Sign-in security
Five failed sign-ins in a row lock the account for 15 minutes, and passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Product descriptions and blog content are sanitised before they are stored.
Who is SmartSales for?
The themes are designed for five sectors, with six in each, and every one can be explored in a demo shop.
Fashion boutiques
Themes built for products with variants such as size and colour, each with its own stock and price.
Food
Food themes; products exempt from the right of withdrawal are reflected in the contract and the returns flow automatically.
Electronics
Electronics themes; supplier feed imports and marketplace connections for large catalogues.
Cosmetics
Cosmetics themes; promotions, coupons, back-in-stock alerts and abandoned basket reminders.
Furniture
Furniture themes; shipping charged by volumetric weight band or by province, with partial shipments.
Businesses with several brands
Separate shops for two brands run from one account without signing in again; teams building their own front end use the headless API.
The panel comes with six ready-made roles: Owner, Manager, Catalogue, Orders/Warehouse, Accounts/Reports and Support. Because sensitive actions such as changing prices, returns and cancellations or payment keys need separate permissions, each team member can do only what they are authorised to do.

How does SmartSales work with the other Smart products?
SmartSales is the ecommerce product in the Smart product family. Your shop works on its own, and other members of the family can be brought under the same roof when you need them.
- SmartOperator connection: the AI customer agent reads the shop’s product and stock data read-only and helps visitors find products; order details are shown only to verified customers. The connection is a separate package module.
- Several shops, one account: you move between shops without being asked for your password again, with permissions set by your role in each shop.
- The rest of the family: alongside the shop you can add SmartMail for company email, SmartFiles for documents, SmartPM for projects and SmartPass for warehouse and office access.
- Start where you like: each Smart product can be bought on its own, and others added later.
Smart360 is Digital Bridge’s family of business applications, covering email (SmartMail), files (SmartFiles), website customer conversations (SmartOperator), card access and time and attendance (SmartPass), project management (SmartPM) and online selling (SmartSales). The Smart product family
Smart360 is Digital Bridge's family of business applications. SmartMail, SmartFiles, SmartOperator and SmartPass open with one identity (SmartID) and are managed from one organisation panel; SmartPM also signs in with the same Smart360 account, and SmartSales is the family's e-commerce product. The family's sign-in screens and forms are protected by Smart360 Security. Start with the product you need and add the others later.
What is Digital Bridge’s role in SmartSales?
SmartSales is developed by Digital Bridge, a software company based in Adana, Türkiye. Price, chosen theme and set-up are settled in the same quote; once it is approved, the shop is set up with the chosen theme. The product team also issues the shop’s own access token for the headless API.
When your shop needs to talk to ERP, accounting or warehouse systems, or you want a custom front end or mobile app, we also offer ecommerce and B2B solutions, API integration, custom web software and mobile app development.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is SmartSales?
SmartSales is the ecommerce product in the Smart product family (Smart360), developed by Digital Bridge. You open your own shop with a theme built for your sector and edit the storefront by drag and drop, without writing code. Orders, payments, shipping, returns and promotions are managed in one panel, and the storefront, marketplace connections and product feed all draw on a single catalogue.
Does SmartSales have AI?
SmartSales has no AI features of its own; the storefront, catalogue, orders, payments, shipping, returns, promotions and reports all run without AI. Frequently-bought-together suggestions are not an AI feature either. AI comes to the shop only through the SmartOperator connection, which is a separate module in the SmartSales packages. Once it is switched on, SmartOperator works as an AI sales agent: it reads the shop’s product and stock data read-only and finds products for visitors, and order details are shown only to verified customers. AI use sits within a monthly allowance; when it runs out, visitors are directed to your team or a contact form, and the shop itself keeps working as normal.
How many themes does SmartSales offer, and can I change mine later?
There are 30 themes, six each for fashion boutiques, food, electronics, cosmetics and furniture, and every one has a live demo shop. The theme is chosen at purchase and fixed to the shop. After that, layout, sections, colours, fonts and home page design can be changed as often as you like in the storefront editor, including separate home page designs for holidays or seasons.
Do I need coding skills to edit the storefront?
No. In the storefront editor you pick sections from the module library and drag them into place in the preview, then set content and style in the panel on the right. Every change is saved to a draft automatically, and customers only see the published version. Desktop, tablet and mobile previews are available, and you can return to any of the last 30 publications.
Which payment methods can a SmartSales shop accept?
A shop can accept card payments, bank transfer and cash on delivery. The shop decides how many card instalments to offer, up to 12. Cash on delivery can be switched on or off and can carry an optional surcharge. At checkout the amount is locked and stock is reserved for 15 minutes for card payments and 2 hours for bank transfer. Orders are confirmed only by the payment provider’s signed server notification.
Are card details stored by the shop?
No. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s form embedded in the shop page and never pass through the shop’s server. An order is confirmed by the signed notification the payment provider sends from its server, not by the result returned to the browser. Keys for payment and carrier connections are stored encrypted, and changing them requires a separate panel permission.
Can I upload products in bulk, and how many variants can a product have?
Yes, products can be uploaded in bulk from a CSV or Excel file. Before anything is written you see a summary of rows to be added, updated or rejected; if the new products would exceed your remaining allowance, nothing is written, so there are no half-finished uploads. Each product can have up to 100 variants, each with its own SKU, price and stock. The package limit counts main products only.
How do customers request a return?
Customers request a return on a delivered order within the 14-day withdrawal period, choosing the line, the quantity and the reason. Guests who bought without an account can apply through their order link. The request appears in the shop panel, and the decision to accept or reject it is sent to the customer by email. Products exempt from the right of withdrawal cannot be included, and the same quantity cannot be claimed twice.
Can promotions be combined?
Not by default. When several promotions apply, the customer automatically gets the most favourable one. A promotion marked as combinable is added on top of the best one. The basket total can never go below zero. Promotion types include percentage or fixed basket discounts, buy X pay for Y, tiered discounts with up to 10 tiers, and free shipping, alongside coupon codes.
How much does SmartSales cost and how do I buy it?
SmartSales is not sold online; to buy it, you fill in the SmartSales sales form on Smart360.com.tr. Packages are based on a limit on main products and on the modules switched on; the modules include marketplace integration, supplier XML/API integration, a custom theme and the SmartOperator connection. You enter your sector, approximate product count, theme and modules on the form; price, theme and set-up are settled in one quote, and the shop is set up once you approve.
