Smart360 is the business application family developed by Digital Bridge. Its two working products — SmartMail (AI-assisted business email) and SmartFiles (business document management) — are managed from a single panel: users, departments, product access, domains, plans and billing all live in one place.

None of these come from carelessness; they come from how today's common email and file-sharing systems are built.
An attacker registers a look-alike of your supplier's domain, configures SPF/DKIM/DMARC correctly and sends a "our bank details have changed" email. It is technically valid, so spam filters let it through. SmartMail also measures the look-alike domain and the payment-change content, and writes down its reasoning.
In common systems a user either views or fully edits. Needs like "may upload but not delete" are solved by duplicating folders until nobody can follow the access map. In SmartFiles eight permissions are independent and managed in one matrix.
Overwriting a file loses its previous state, so file names get "_final_v3". SmartFiles never overwrites: every upload with the same name is a new version, and earlier versions can be downloaded or restored.

These emails pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so spam filters let them through. SmartMail adds two more checks: whether the sender's domain imitates a known contact and whether the message talks about a change in payment details. The result is an assessment report with its reasoning written out.
Yes. Each product can be bought on its own. When you add another later, the same account and user list carry over. Both together are discounted as the Family Plan.
Content is processed by AI for summaries, classification, attachment extraction and document analysis. Security checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, look-alike domains, deceptive links) run in software and keep working even when the AI allowance is used up. AI is a separate per-person permission and can be switched off organisation-wide in SmartFiles.
There is no separate setup phase. The purchased products open as soon as payment is confirmed and the admin panel is ready. For SmartMail a wizard prepares the domain's DNS records.
Documents and the mail archive are held in S3-compatible object storage and records in databases. Each organisation's data sits in its own database per product; organisations cannot see one another's data. Hosting details are shared in writing at contract stage.
