Site Analysis & Protocol Discovery
Existing PLC/RTU devices, field network and protocols are reviewed. The data points (tag list) are defined together with the customer.
System Design & Mimic Diagrams
HMI screens and mimic diagrams are designed to match the process flow. Alarm levels and scaling parameters are set.
Development & Integration
SCADA software is built, connected to the PLCs and tested. Historian and reporting modules go live.
Go-Live & Training
The system is tested in the live field, stability is verified. Operator and technician training is delivered, documentation is handed over.
