Traceability by batch and serial number, with FIFO/FEFO enforcement by expiry date and alerts for approaching shelf life.
Stocktaking & Cycle Counting
Full or zone-based cycle counts. Variances reported immediately, with blind counting to prevent operator bias.
Dispatch & Delivery Notes
Order-based carton building, verification scanning and delivery note generation, with carrier integration pulling tracking numbers automatically.

How We Work
Warehouse & Process Survey
Layout, movement frequency and current workflow are examined on site, and an addressing scheme is produced.
Addressing & Labelling
Rack labels are printed and a product barcode standard agreed. Handheld hardware is selected and configured.
Development & ERP Connection
The WMS is built and two-way synchronisation with your ERP or accounting system is established.
Pilot Zone & Rollout
A single zone runs as a pilot; once discrepancies are resolved the system is rolled out warehouse-wide.
