When a field system fails, the fault usually sits between the hardware and the software — and so does the blame, if two suppliers delivered them. We design the circuit board, enclosure, firmware and management dashboard in-house and install them ourselves, so there is one party accountable from specification to support. We work across Turkey, including for international companies running sites here. On the software side of card access, SmartPass access control and attendance from the Smart360 family does the work: the server decides each passage, card reads turn into time and attendance records against the shift plan, and visitor reception and the canteen run in the same panel. Turnstiles, doors or barriers you already have can usually be reused: hardware with a relay input connects to SmartPass, and the survey confirms what applies. In most cases, yes. SmartPass, the software we use for card access, works with turnstiles, door locks and barriers that can be triggered through a dry-contact relay input, so working hardware is usually reused. For barriers, a control board and plate recognition module can be added to the existing unit. The site survey confirms which hardware can be kept, and the written proposal states it.
